Terms & Conditions

This ticket is not transferable, the operator reserves the right to check if the ticket is utilised by the rightful person.
Cancellation / No Show Charge

Cancellation with less than 48 hours notice: 50% of fare will be charged
No Show: 100% of fare will be charged

Open ticket expires 6 months after date of issue, no refund can be offered thereafter
Each passenger is allowed to carry onboard a cabin baggage not exceeding 10kg. Any weight exceeding will be charged in accordance with rates levied by the respective terminal
The carrier assumes no liability for any personal injury or for loss, delay or damage to passenger or baggage on board
The carrier reserves the right to cancel or vary the services in any manner whatsoever without incurring any liability to the ticket holder. Fares & schedule of services are subject to change without prior notice at the sole and absolute discretion of the carrier.
The carrier reserves the right to impose an administrative fee of S$5 or RM10 per ticket for any amendment made less than 48 hours before departure.
Check-in time is (one) hour prior to departure time. Boarding and gate close 30 mins before departure. The carrier reserves the right to release unclaimed confirmed seats to other passengers.
No smoking is allowed in the fully airconditioned cabin of the vessel.
No animal or pet or merchandise goods and cargo other than the personal effects are allowed onboard the vessel. Foul smelling items are prohibited onbord the vessel.
Upon confirmation of reservation, ticket ceases to become an open ticket. Passenger is required to sail on the vessel at the time as specified on the ticket, failing which, the ticket shall be null and void.
Passage for pregnant woman will only be permitted before her 24th week of pregnancy. Children below the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult above 21 years of age.
All passenger shall be subject to the Terms & Conditions of carriage of Cruise Ferries. Copies of the same are available from the appointed travel agents or from the Cruise Ferries Office.
