| Here's what the designer, Arnold Palmer, has to say about the course. "The Damai Golf Course is superb. Simply it may be the finest test of golf with the most dramatic setting in all of Malaysia. This is a "must play" course for those who love golf" Need I say more? This course comprises of 130 acres of undulating terrain along the beach looking out into the South China Sea. The mountain nine carves and blends with the huge towering tropical trees. To play here one must be aware of the wind conditions as selection of the wrong clubs would certainly cost you more strokes. Nevertheless the scenery is breathtaking as the conspicuous Mount Santubong towers and watches over your every move... For those who would like to have extended stay, there are the hotels and chalets to provide the hospitality. |
